Wayne H. Zimmerman, 85, Miller Road, Hollsopple, died Oct. 3, 2008. Survived by 
wife of 64 years, former Twila C. Blough; son, Donald W., married to Michelle 
LaRitz, Miller Road, Hollsopple; daughter, Judith E. Mock, Fresno, Calif.; three 
grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Also survived by twin brother, 
Warren, married to Betty Plant; and sister, June, married to Dean Kindy. A 1941 
graduate of former Boswell High School and lifetime farmer. Active member of 
Blough Mennonite Church, having served on the cemetery board for many yeras. Had 
volunteered for Mennonite Disaster Services. Also member of Gideons 
International. A special thanks to Wayne's caregiver, Evelyn Shroyer. Viewing 
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 
109 Church Road, Davidsville. Viewing also from noon until time of service at 1 
p.m. Monday at Blough Church. Pastors Eric Leasure, Donald Speigle and Daryl 
"Doc" Dawson officiating. Interment church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, 
memorials to Gideons International, Box 1011, Somerset, PA 15501, would be 
appreciated.
