   D. Lloyd Zook, 67, of RD 2 Hollsopple, Pa., died May 5, 1990, at Memorial
   Hospital, Johnstown.  born Aug. 25, 1922, in Curryville. Son of the late
   Simon and Mary (Brown) Zook.  Preceded in death by son, James David, and
   brother, John.  Survived by his wife, the former Jean Dunkle, and daughters,
   Ann Sandler of Charlotte, N. C., and Susan, the wife of Daniel Herman of
   Largo, Fla., also six grandchildren.  Brother of Kathryn Bazley of Jerome. 
   Member of Bethany Presbyterian Church, Johnstown. Retired attorney with
   Welbaum, Zook, Jones and Williams, of Orlando and Miami, Fla. Friends were
   received from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215
   Central Ave., Johnstown, where service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, the Rev.
   Jack Wilkers.  Interment, Maple Spring Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers,
   memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Presbyterian Church.
