If said asessment remains unpaid at the expiration of 30 days from the date of this notice, the same will be placed in the hands of the Borough Solicitor, whose duty it shall be to collect the same, together with five percent additional as attorney's commission, and interest from the completion of the paving, as provided by the General Borough Act of 1915. The statement, together with estimates furnished by the State Highway Department, from which the above assessment has been made, can be seen at the office of the undersigned or at the office of the Borough Treasurer.
