     &					I John Wells, Esq.
Nichols	        one of the Commonwealths Justices of the
		Peace in & for said County do hereby
		certify an make known unto all whom
		it may concern -  that on the twenty second
		day of January in the year of out
		Lord one thousand seven hundred and
		ninety nine - Samuel Wright and Rebecca
		Nichols both of the said County of
		Somerset, came personally before me &
		were by me solemnly intermarried & took
		each other for husband & wife, in conform
		ity to the several Acts of the
		General Assebly of Pennsylvania in
		such cases made for prevention clandestine
		marriages - and also in conformity to the
		established Rule of the good people of
		the said State and County.
			In Testimony whereof I have
		Cause the said parties, together with
		the following Witnesses to subscribe
							their
		their name hereto & have affixed my hand
		& seal the day & year abovesaid.
