They are transcribed here without change to spelling or markings.) Somerset County Personally appeaared before me a Justice of the Peace in and for said county Samuel Broucher who after being duly Affirmed accoding to law saith that John Broucher late of Upper Turkeyfoot Township Somerset County Pa died on the twentieth day of December 1874 at about 7 Oclock in the evening. Affirmed (signed) Samuel Broucher & subscribed this 4th day of January 1875 (signed) J. Gerhard I Anne Broucher Widow of John Broucher late of Upper Turkeyfoot Township Somerset County Pa. Deceased. do hereby renounce my right as to letters of Administration upon the Estate of my late Husband Dec, therefore I do hereby desire and request that letters of Administrative my be isued to Samuel Broucher Freeman Harrison Brougher or any of them. Witneys my hand and seel this 4th day of January A.D. 1875. (signed) Anne X her mark Broucher seal Attest Jacob Gerhard $3300 I do hereby acknowledge I have received from Samuel, Freeman, and Harrison Brougher Administrators & heirs of John Brogher dec. a mortgage for $3300, which is in full of all my interest in the real & personal estate of said deceased, The Mortgage Recievd M. Pa. 432 - and the said sum of $3300. having this been secured to me. The said administrators are entitled to a credit per said sum of $3300. in their Account as Administrators. The accountants did not sell the personal estate of deceased, they having settled with the widow for her share of the real & personal estate of said dec., and they being the only heirs of said deceased. 3. The accountants have made no charge for their services, as they are the only heirs of deceased. Z.R. Walter Register for the probate of wills do hereby certify that I have caused notice to be given according to law that the above account has passed Register and the same will be presented for confirmation and allowance at an orphans court to be held at Somerset on Thursday the 27 day of Januy A.D. 1876 Certified this 29 day of Dec A.D. 1875.
