To the honorable Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of Somerset County.

     The petition of Henry H. Meyers respectfully represents that Barbara, Elizabeth, Henry,
Elijah and Peter Faidly minor children of Elizabeth Faidly deceased are without a gardian at this
time and he therefore prays your honor to appoint a guardian for said children.
