By the Court A. Harr, Clk. To the Honorable the Judges of the Orphans Court The petition of Daniel J.H. Kieffer of Somerset township respectfully represents, that his first wife Catharine, who was a daughter of Joseph Long, of Stoney Creek township, decd., died some years ago, that since Joseph Long the grandfather of his minor children- viz- Chauncy H. aged 13 years, Ida G. aged 9 years (being all the children of his first wife living) died, leaving considerable estate. And as these minors have no guardian to take charge of their estate, the petitioner praysyour honors to appoint some suitable person to take charge of their estate. Your petitioner would suggest Daniel Mostoller, an Uncle to these minors as a suitable person to be appointed. Daniel J. H. Kieffer
