Item 1st It is my will that after my death my Executors herein after named shall cause my body to be buried in a christian manner and out of such estate as I may leave pay all my just debts funeral expenses & tombstones for myself as well my deceased wife. Item 2nd All such real estate as I may die seized of. I authorize my Executors herein of as named to sell and Onny ? to the best advantage to my estate, such sale in their discretion to be public or private, and such personal estate as I may leave, they after due appointment, also sell. Item 3 Subject to the charges for advancements and other benefits herein made against certain of my children all my estate real & personal after payment of debts expenses of administration Iim? shall be equally divided between my children provided that the children of my son Dennis shall represent their Father in the distribution and be entitled to One I have. Item 4 There shall be charged against certain of my children as advancements to as follows against Franklin Reese Walker Five Hundred Dollars against Dennis Walker now deceased Four Hundred Dollars against John A Walker Five Hundred Dollars against Harriet daughter Five Hundred Dollars against Sarah Hijht three Hundred Dollars, which said three hundred dollars shall be paid to the children of said Sarah by her first husband Vanbur? Shultz Item 5 I appoint my worthy Sons in law Samuel A Philson & Joseph B Davis to be executors of this my last will and testament.
