As to such worldly estate herewith it has pleased God to entrust me and of which I may die seized and possessed, I dispose of as follows: First, I direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses out of the first moneys that come into his hands. Second, I hereby direct, authorize and empower my executor to sell at public sale any real estate that I may or die seized of and make a deed of deeds to the purchased for the same at such terms after my decease as may seem best to him. Third, I give and bequeath to the children of Annie Weller, dec'd the sum of one hundred dollars. Fourth, I give and bequeath unto Herman A. Stahl the sum of one hundred dollars. Fifth, I give and bequeath unto Sadie HOCHSTETLER, daughter of George HOSTETLER of Somerset, Pa. one hundred dollars. Sixth, I give and bequeath unto Eugene M. SELLERS, son of Nelson M. SELLERS five hundred dollars. Seventh, I give and bequeath unto Ellen HOCHSTETLER, wife of Percy HOCHSTETLER, deceased, the sum of three hundred dollars. Eighth, I give and bequeath unto my husband, John WEIGHLEY the sum of four hundred dollars. Ninth. All the rest and residue of my estate, real, personal and mixed, I give devise and bequeath unto my sister Mrs. URIAS D. BROUCHER and my brother WILLIAM HOCHSTETLER. I do hereby make, constitute and appoint A.B. Sellers to be Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof, I, Emma Weighley, the Testatrix above named, have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed me seal, the nineteenth day of January in the year of our lord one thousand nine hundred and ten. Emma Weighley {X} Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Emma Weighley, as and for her Last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at her request as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said Testatrix and of each other. Landis, Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting of Letters of Administration in and for the County aforesaid personally came Fred W. BEISECKER and A.B. SELLERS the subscribing witnesses to the Will hereto attached, who being duly sworn according to law, do say that they were present and saw and heard Emma Weighley the testatrix sign seal publish pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument as and for her last will and testament, and at the time of so doing she the said Emma Weighley was of sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief.
