I, Lewis Weighley of Somerset Township, Somerset County, State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind memory and understanding, do make and publish this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. First, it is my will and I hereby direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses, secondly, it is my will that as soon after my death as convenient my Executor shall sale all my personal property. Thirdly I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Eve Weighley so much of the money due by my son William L. Weighley as she may need for her comfortable maintenance and support during her natural life and my will and devise is I hereby direct that my Executor shall leave stand in the hands of my said son, William L. so much of the annual payments due by him to me on the purchase of the farm as shall be necessary for my wife's comfortable support during her life and my will and devise is that she shall continue to live in the house with William L. as long as she lives and he shall provide all things necessary for her comfortable support, board, clothing, lodging and in case of sickness and helplessness provide her such help and aid as she may need. Fourthly, I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved children John S. (H) Weighley, Elizabeth Glessner, wife of Lewis Glessner, Mary A. Walker, wife of Nelson H. Walker and Sarah Bowser wife of Samuel Bowser equal shares of all my estate real personal and mixed taking into account the amounts which I have advanced to them respectively or may advance to them in my lifetime and with which they stand charged in my book of advancements. Lastly, I hereby constitute and appoint my son John L. Weighley sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In witness hereof I Lewis Weighley the testator have in this my Last Will and Testament, written on one half sheet of paper, set my hand and seal this twenty eighth day of November A.D. 1885. Lewis {X} Weighley Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Lewis Weighley, as and for his Last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses thereto in the presence of said Testator and of each other. Valentine Hay William L. Weighley Somerset County, ss: On this 29th day of December, A.D. 1885 before me, Charles C. Shafer, Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting of Letters of Administration in and for the County aforesaid personally came Valentine Hay and William L. Weighley the subscribing witnesses to the Will hereto attached, who being duly affirmed according to law, do say that they were present and saw and heard Lewis Weighley the testator sign seal publish pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument as and for his last will and testament, and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief.
