I Jonathan Woy of Stonycreek Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania, do make
and publish this my last will and testament.  I give, devise and bequeath to my
wife Elisabeth Woy all my goods personal and mixed and all my real estate of
which I shall be possessed at the time of my decease.  And she shall have the
right to sell and convey any or all of the real estate that may be in my name
and I hereby appoint my wife Elisabeth my executrix to settle my accounts and
pay necessary expenses of this my last will and testament this 6th day of
January AD 1880

Signed, sealed and delivered in our presence as witness at date above written
and we have subscribed as attesting witnesses
								John Woy
								C. A. Brant

Somerset County
On this 27th day of April AD 1880 before me William B. Frease register for the
probate of wills and granting letters of administration in and for the county
aforesaid personally came John Woy and C. A. Brant the subscribing witnesses to
the will hereto attached who being duly affirmed according to law do say that
they were present and saw and heard Jonathan Woy the testator sign, seal,
publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument as and for his last will
and testament and that at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory and
understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief
affirmed and subscribed to before me the date aforesaid

Admitted to Probate 27th April 1880 same day letters testamentary issued to
Elizabeth Woy
				William B. Frease, register
