In the name of God, Amen, I DANIEL BUCK of Willingbough County of Luzerne Pennsylvania considering the uncertainty of this mortals Life, being of sound mind and memory (Blessed be Almighty God for the same) do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say). First after all my debts and funeral charges are paid I give all my real and personal Estate of every kind and nature forever to my beloved wife OLIVE BUCK whom I appoint my sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills made by me. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nine /s/ DANIEL BUCK Signed sealed published and declared by the above named DANIEL BUCK to be his last will and testament in presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the testator. Joanna Newman, Ann Newman, James Newman Susquehanna County: This thirteenth day of August A.D. 1814 before me, Charles Fraser, Register for the Probate of Wills and granting letters of administration in and for the County aforesaid personally came Joanna Newman and Ann Newman two of the subscribing witnesses to the above will and being duly sworn according to law did depose and say that they were present and saw and heard DANIEL BUCK the Testator sign seal publish pronounce and declare the above instruments of writing as and for his testament and last will, and that at the time of so doing he was of perfect and sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge observation and belief. /s/ Charles Fraser, Register. In conformity to the foregoing will, letters, testamentary was granted to Olive Buck therein named. She first having been duly sworn _____ to execute the same exhibits a true and perfect inventory within one month and render a just account of her administration within one year or when thereunto legally required.
