Written: October 19, 1908 Recorded: May 20, 1909 In the matter of probate of Will of Ellen Ryan Deceased. And now, May 20th 1909, was presented for probate an instrument of writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Ellen Ryan, late of Township of Apolacon. The same time came Wm. H. Lynch and Thomas Geary being the subscribered witnesses to said Instrument of writing exhibited with there we say:that they were present on the date where sadi Instrument of writing was excuted and saw and hear the said Ellen Ryan sign, seal, publish, pronounce and decree the saidInstrument of Writing as and for her Last Will and Testament and at the time of her so doing tshe was dound and disposing mind and memory to the best of their knowledge and belief. Register's Office, Montrose, Pa. And now, May 20th, 1909, proof having been made, as above, of the decree execution of said Instrument of Writing by the said Ellen Ryan, deceased, as and for the Last Will and Testament, it is _________ and decreed that the said Instrument of Writing is fully proven to be the Last Will and Testament of the said Ellen Ryan, deceased and is ______ ___ to Probate as such and day recorded according to Law. Bielband Register Said Last Will and Testament is in the words that follow.- In the Name of God, Amen I, Ellen Ryan, of Apolacon, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, being sick and weak in bodybut of sound mond, mmory and understanding, do therefore make and decree this my last will and testament, in manner following, that is to say.- First and principally, I ______ my soul to God, my creator. 2d.- I order that all my just debts, funeral expenses and charges of proving this my will, be in the first place paid and satisfied, and after payment therefore and evry past thing, I give and bequeath to my siste Anna Ryan, of Apolacon, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania all my personal property of every kind and nature conprising of cattle, sheep, hogs and chickens and hay and all. I also will and bequeathto my sister Amma Ryan, aforesaid, all my interest in a certain tract or arcel of land situated and being in Apolacan Township, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania ____and bounded as follows.- On the north by land of Thomas Lynch: on the east by Turnpike Public Road;and on the south by lands of James and Thomas Lynch: on the west by land of John Lynch Estate and I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint James Lynch of Apolacon, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, executor of this my last will, hereby invoking and making void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to by my last will and testament.
