Ryan, late of the Township of Apolacon, in said County, deceased, and at the time came W.A. Titsworth and Ada V. Fancher, the subscribing witnesses to the said instrument of writing who; being duly sworn according to law, and the said instrument of writing exhibited to them, did say that they were present on the date, when said instrument of writing was executed, and saw and heard the said James E. Ryan sign seal, publish, pronounce, and declare the saidinstrument of writing as and for his last Will and Testament, and at the time of his so doing he was of sound and disposing mind and memory to the best of their knowledge and belief, and they at the request of said testator, in his presence and in the presence of each other, signed their names thereto as witnesses. Register's Office Montrose, Pa. And now April 23, 1928, proof having been made, as above, of the due execution of said instrument of writing by the said james E. Ryan, deceased, as and for his last Will and Testament of th said James E. Ryan, deaceased, and is hereby admitted to probate as such, and duly recorded according to law. F.W. Barrett, Register. By Nellie M. Stephens, Deputy. SAID LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT IS AS FOLLOWS: I, James E. Ryan of the Township of Apolacon, County of Susquehanna and Sate of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, momory and understating, do make, publish and declare this my last and will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. First,-I direct that allmy just debts and funernal expenses be fully paid as soon after my decease as convenient. Second.- After the payment of just debts and duneral expenses as aforesaid, I give, devise and bequeth all of my prperty, real, personal and mixed and wheresoever situate unto my two children, Walter Ryan and Jerome Ryan, their heirs and assigns forever, share and share alike. Lastly. I do hereby nominate and appoint, james E. Lynch and William hartigan, executors of this my last will and testament and I also appoint the said James E. Lynch and William Hartigan testamentary gurdians of my son Walter Ryan and my son, Jerome Ryan to act as such until my said sons arrive at the age of twenty one years respectively. In witness wherefore, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 23rd day of November one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven. James E. Lynch and William Hartigan, they being duly sworn well and truly to administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits of said deceased according to law.
