Will Book Vol. #2, page #110 Written: April 8, 1850 Proven: January 19, 1852 In the Matter of Probate of Will of Walter Wilmarth Auet now to Wit: January 19th AD, 1852 Charles Tingley Esq. presented a paper of writing Suporting to be the last will and testament of Walter Wilmarth for probate, and produces Mrs. Sally Tingley and William C. Tiffany Esq. Subscribing Witness a said paper writing, who after being duly Sworn according to laws Saith. That they were present and did see and hear Walter Wilmarth the Testator there in noted, Sign, Seal, Publish, Pronounce and declare said paper writing as and for this testament and last will and that at the time of his doing he was of a sound disposing mind and memory to the best of their knowledge, observation, and belief. Whereupon said instrument or paper writing is admitted to probate as proven to be the last will and testament of Walter Wilmarth late of Harford in said County ____ and is in the words following to act. Will of Walter Wilmarth} I Walter Wilmarth of the Township of Harford County of Susquehanna and State of Pennsylvania do make & publish this my last will and testament hereby evoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made; as to my worldly Estate I dispose of the same as follows: first I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease; as soon after my decease, as possible out of the first monies that shall come unto the _______ of my Executor, Here I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife Maria all my Estate real, personal and mixed to be hers absolutely. My children Lafayette, Rachel S., George P., Walter W., and Willard W. I consider and believe that I have heretofore sufficiently provided for in the disposal of my real Estate situated Harford Township aforesaid. And I do hereby make and ordain my beloved wife Maria Executive of this my last will and testament. In Witnefs where of I Walter Wilmarth the testator leave to this my will written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this Eighth day of April, in the Year of One _____ One thousand Eight Hundred and fifty. And now to Wit June 26th, 1852 upon filing of Will of } the Renunciation of Maria Wilmarth widow & Walter Wilmarth _______ of Walter Wilmarth died and also a Bond of Charles Tingley, H. J. Webb, & Bery S. Bentley Esq. Letters of Administration of __________ now cum testaments annexe, were in due form of law issued unto the said Charles Tingley upon all and singular the goods and __________ rights & credits that were of Walter Wilmarth, late of Harford in said County deceased. He having just been duly sworn according to law in August 16, 1852 filed inventory of Personal Property willed to Widow, Dec. 20, 185_ Administrator filed his Property which is examined, papered & Administrated for Confirmation at June 7, 1851.
