Application for Divorce.
To Ruth Bowen: You are hereby notified that David Bowen, your husband, has applied
to the Court of Common Pleas of Tioga county for a divorce from the bond of
matrimony, and that the Judges of the aaid Court have appointed Monday, the 3d day
of December next, at 10 o'clock a. m., for hearing the said David Bowen in the
premises, at which time and place yon can attend if you think proper.
