Application in Divorce.
To Thankful A. Brooks: You are hereby notified that Jos. P. Brooks, your husband,.
Has applied to the Court of Common Pleas of Tioga County for a divorce from the
bonds of matrimony, and the said Court has appointed Monday, the 28th day of August
next, at 2 o’clock P. M., at the Court House in Wellsboro, for hearing the said
Joseph P. Brooks in the premises at which time and place you can attend if you think
