Application in Divorce.
Alonzo S. Cahoun vs.  Mary C. Cahoun,  May Term, 1864, No. 45
To Mary C. Cahoun; You are hereby notified that Alonzo C. Calhoun (sic), your
husband, has applied to the Court of Common Pleas of Tioga County, for a divorce
from the bonds of matrimony, and the said Court has appointed Monday, the 29th day
of August, 1864, at the Court House, in Wellsboro, for hearing the said Alonzo S.
Cahoun in the premises, at which time and place you can attend if you think proper.
H. Stowell, Jr., Sheriff, August 3, 1864.
