Application in Divorce.
Louisa Davis; You are hereby notified that Richard B. Davis, your husband, has
applied to the Court of Common Pleas of Tioga County, for a divorce from the bonds
of matrimony, and that the said Court have appointed Monday, the 7th day of
September next, for hearing the said Richard B. Davis, in the premises, at which
time and place you can attend if you think proper. H. Stowell, Jr., Sheriff.
August 5, 1863.
