Application in Divorce.
Laura G. Eastman by her next friend Charles Williams vs. John L. Eastman, January
Term, 1864, No. 44
To John L. Eastman: You are hereby notified that Laura G. Eastman, your wife,  has
applied to the Court of Common Pleas of Tioga County for a divorce from the bonds of
matrimony, and the said court has appointed Monday, the 5th day of September next,
for hearing said Sarah L. Eastman (sic) in the premises at which time and place you
can attend if you think proper. H. Stowell, Jr., Sheriff, August 10, 1864.
