Application in Divorce
Ethan P. Eddy vs. Susannah Eddy, May Term, 1864, No. 46
To Susannah Eddy: You are hereby notified that Ethan P. Eddy, your husband, has
applied to the Court of Common Pleas of Tioga County for a divorce from the bonds of
matrimony, and the said court has appointed Monday, the 29th day of August, 1864, at
the Court House, for hearing the said Ethan P. Eddy in the premises, at which time
and place you can attend if you think proper. H. Stowell, Jr., Sheriff, August 3,
1864.
