Application in Divorce.
To Ross F. Hawley; You are hereby notified that Juliet Hawley, your wife, by her
next, friend Leroy Love, has applied to the Court of Common Pleas of Tioga County,
for a divorce from the bonds of matrimony, and the said Court has appointed Monday,
the 28th day of November, 1864, at the Court House, in Wellsboro, for hearing the
said Juliet Hawley, in the premises at which time and place you can attend if yon
think proper. H. Stowell, Jr. Sheriff. Nov. 2, 1864.
