Application for Divorce
To Levi Heath: You are hereby notified that Lois M. Heath, your wife, by her next
friend, George Ferris, has applied to the Court of Common Pleas of Tioga county, for
a divorce from the bonds of matrimony, and that the Judges of the said Court have
appointed Monday the 3d day of December next, at 10 o’clock a. m., at the Court
House in Wellsboro’ for the hearing of the said Lois M. Heath in form as
aforementioned, in the premises, at which time and place you can attend if you think
proper.
