Application in Divorce.
Elmira M. Hoig by her next friend, M. H. Catlin vs. Charles Hoig, January Term, 1864
No. 84
To Charles Hoig: You are hereby notified that Elmira M. Hoig, your wife, has applied
to the Court of Common Pleas of Tioga County for a divorce from the bonds of
matrimony, and the said court has appointed Monday, the 5th day of September, next,
at the Court House, in Wellsboro, for hearing the said Elmira M. Hoig in the
premises, at which time and place you can attend if you think proper. H. Stowell,
Jr., Sheriff, August 10, 1864.
