Application for Divorce.
To Anna Smith: You are hereby notified that David Smith, your husband, has applied
to the Court of Common Pleas of Tioga county, for a divorce from the bonds of
matrimony, and that the Judge of the said Court have appointed Monday, the 3d day of
December next, at 10 o'clock a. m., at the Court
House in Wellsboro’ for the hearing of the said David Smith in the premises, at
which time and place yon can attend if you think proper.
