Application In Divorce.
Harriet A. Truman vs. Wm. H. Truman
To Wm. H. Truman: You are hereby notified that Harriet A. Truman, your wife, has
applied to the Court of Common Pleas of Tioga County, for a Divorce from the bonds
of matrimony and that the said Court has appointed Monday, the 24th day of November
next, for hearing the said Harriet A. Truman on the premises, at which time and
place you can attend if you think proper. H. Stowell. Jr., Sheriff,
Wellsboro, Nov. 5, 1862
