Administrator’s Notice. 
NOTICE is hereby given that In pursuance of an order of the Orphan’s Court of Tioga
county, we as Administrator and Administratrix of the estate of D. B. Wilcox dec’d.,
late of Delmar, shall expose to sale on the premises in Delmar, Tioga County, Penna.
on Friday November 21st, A. D. 1856 next to the highest and best bidder the
following described lots of land with appurtenances to wit: Beginning at a post, the
North East corner of B. C. Wilcox, thence by lands surveyed for Abram Johnson and
Horton Mattison east 88 perches thence by land surveyed for Aaron Symonds south 80
perches thence by said Symonds east 100 perches to the warrant line thence south
forty seven perches to the corner of land surveyed for Job Wilcox, thence by said
Wilcox west 210 perches to a post, thence by R. C. Wilcox north 127 3-10 perches to
the beginning containing one hundred acres being part of warrant No. 1545; excepting
and reserving therefrom a lot of 40 acres belonging to Ira Wilcox bounded north by
W. Taylor east by road south by land of D. B. Wilcox estate and others and west by
Benj. Wilcox. Also one other lot bounded north by William Drew east by land late of
J. B. Clark deed, south by the warrant line and west by Phelps Dodge & Co.,
containing 103-3/4 acres being part of warrant no. 1956 James Wilson warrantee
situated in Delmar said Co. and State. Terms made known on the day of sale.
