The Agitator.: (Wellsborough, Tioga County, Pa.) August 20, 1862
$50 Bounty Fee
On Monday morning, Captain Sofield’s company, started from here to Troy, and are now
in Harrisburg. Mr. Curd, the County Treasurer, will start tomorrow to Camp Curtin to
pay these companies the County bounty of $5O to each man, as soon as he is sworn
into the United States service.
