Butler, of the 45th regiment, resident of Delmar. Mr. Butler was wounded in the shoulder in the battle of Spottsylvania. The wound was serious, and necessitated the removal of some inches of the bone. We saw him in hospital several times and could but admire the indomitable pluck and patience of the boy. The surgeon was then confident of his recovery. He was a brave soldier and earnest.
