At the end, I have transcribed the form from the election of the will. page 1 __________________________________ 1915-33W I Charles A McFall of East-Buffalo Township in the county of Union and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind, memory, and under- standing do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. First-I direct that all my just debts and funeral exspences be fully paid and satisfied by my Executor herein after named, as soon as convenient- ly may be after my decease, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Amelia McFall the use and occupancy of my Estate during her natural life, Should my son James, survive my wife he shall have the use and income of said Estate during his natural life, I do order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named shall shall as soon as conveniently may be, after the decease of my wife, and son James sell and dispose of my Estate to such person or persons and for such price or prices as may be gotten for same, And for that purpose I do hereby autho- rize and empower my said executor to sign seal, execute, and acknowledge page 2 ______________________________________ all such deed or deeds of conveyance as may be requisite and necessary for the granting and assuring the same to the purchaser thereof in fee simple. And when the whole of my estate shall be converted into money as aforesaid, then I direct that a tomb stone be erected at my grave, my wifes, my son Elmer + my son James graves, I then direct that the remainder be divided into four equal shares, and disposed of as follows, to wit: One full and equal share unto Emma intermarried with Andrew Rea- rick, One full and Equal share unto John McFall, One full and Equal share unto Elmer McFall, One full and equal share unto Sadie intermarr- ied with Foster Hackenburg their heirs and assigns forever. And I do hereby constitute and app- oint Israel F/T Ruhl sole Executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I Charles McFall, the Testor have to this twenty fifth day of January A.D. One Thousand nine hundred + fifteen, Charles McFall _________________________________________ Election of Amelia McFall _________________________________________ widow the estate of Charles McFall Election of Amelia McFall, late of the township of East Buffalo county of Union state of Pennsylvania, deceased I, Amelia McFall, widow, of Charles McFall deceased, do hereby elect to accept and take under the terms of the last will and testament of my husband, Charles McFall, late of East Buffalo Twp., Union County, Pennsylvania, deceased, and not under the Intestate Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. ----
