We encourage links to the state and I Jane McPherson of Union Township Union County and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament and hereby revking any will by me heretofore made first I direct my debt to be paid as time as convient after my decease. second I give and devide to my Nephew Mathias Silverwood all my Property A house and one acre of land Deeded from one A Kramer and Wife to me on the twenty second day of January 1831 and also six Acres of land joining on land of N. Mench John Stetler - A. Correll and Charly Cawley the said six Acres became in posession by my late Husband Mathias McPherson and also two small islands in the river Susquehannah in Northumberland County nowing by the Name of Jolly Isalnd and Green Island being opposite the land of the acres of James Mirll deceased in Union County the two islands became in posession also by my late husband. third I give and divide all my personal property to my Nephew Mathias Silverwood and all real and payed that May not be Menchened in the above or May yet come in My Posession And Lastly I do hereby appoint My Nephew Mathias Silverwood of Union Township, Union County State of Pennsylvania Excutor of this my last will and testament Witness My hand and seal the second day of Oct 5 one thousand Eight hundred and fifty...
