Now know ye that the said Alexander McCOOL and Margaret his [sic] Samuel ADAMS and Nancy his wife, Mayberry GRAHAM and Elizabeth his wife all of Venango County & State of Pennsylvania for, and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty Dollars to them in hand paid by the said William CLAY of Scrubgrass Township Venango County and State aforesaid at and before the ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof they do acknowledge and thereof acquit and forever discharge the said William CLAY his heirs executors and administrators by these presents and each of them hath remised released and forever quit claimed and by these presents do and each and every of them doth remise release and forever quit claim unto the said William CLAY and to his heirs and assigns. All the estate and estates shares, purports, and dividends right title interest property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Alexander McCOOL and Margaret his wife Samuel ADAMS and Nancy his wife, Mayberry GRAHAM and Elizabeth his wife in law or equity or otherwise of in or out of that two hundred acres of land conveyed to the heirs of George McCOOL late of Scrubgrass Township Venango County & State aforesaid DecÕd by John SCOTT and Margaret his wife situate lying and being in the Township County & State aforesaid, now in possession of Nancy McCOOL widow of the said George McCOOL DecÕd bounded and limited as follows. Adjoining land formerly Thomas BARRON on the south John SCOTT on the west Heirs of Mathew RIDDLE on the North Heirs of Sam JOLLY on the east. Together with all and singular other the buildings improvements rights members and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to the shares to which we the said Alexander McCOOL & Margaret his wife Samuel ADAMS & Nancy his wife Mayberry GRAHAM & Elizabeth his wife we are entitled to in and out of said described tract of land as lawful heirs of the said George McCOOL, DecÕd and the reversions remainders rents issues and profits thereof. To have and to hold all and singular the premises hereby remised released or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said William CLAY his heirs and assigns forever. So that neither the said Alexander McCOOL & Margaret his wife, Samuel ADAMS and Nancy his wife & Mayberry GRAHAM and Elizabeth his wife nor their heirs or any other person or persons whosoever lawfully claiming or to claim by from or under them or any of them shall or may at any time or times hereafter have claim challenge or demands any estate right title or interest of in or out of said shares hereditaments and premises hereby remised and released or mentioned so to be with the appurtenances or any part or parcel thereof, but thereof and therefrom shall and will be utterly excluded and forever debarred by these presents (turn over).
