She was the wife of William Cann, an employee of the National Transit company's shops. The funeral took place yesterday at 4 o'clock p.m., Rev. A. C. Ellis officiating. The pall-bearers were Thomas Gavin, John Geigle, Charles Fisher, shop mates of the bereaved husband, and Henry Highgate, Henry Williams and A. G. Hower, of the K. O. T. M., of which order deceased was a member. Mrs. Cann is highly spoken of as a most estimable woman and loving wife. Besides her husband she leaves a week old babe.
