Born on Nov. 5, 1915, in Sunville, she was the daughter of Myrl and Gertrude Reib Borger. Mrs. Mihleder spent her early life in Cooperstown and was a graduate of Cooperstown High School. She enjoyed traveling, bird watching, and caring for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was married June 11, 1933, to Michael Scott Mihleder, who survives. Surviving in addition to her husband are two children, Michael S. Mihleder Jr. of Beaver and Mrs. Dennis (Trudy) Eddinger of Salem, Ohio; 10 grandchildren, Mrs. David (Babbette) Shutts of St. Augustine, Fla., Mrs. Richard (Marnie) Erdelack of Freedom, Shawn Eddinger of Youngstown, Ohio, Christopher Eddinger of Salem, Ohio, Mrs. Earl (Teresa) Flick of Tionesta, Mrs. Daniel (Laurie) Murray of Cochranton, Eugene Rugh and Mrs. James (Karen) Beggs, both of Franklin, William Rugh of Kentucky and Larry Rugh of New York. Also surviving are 12 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; four brothers, Edward Borger of Franklin, Maurice Borger of Oil City, Billy Borger of Franklin Star Route and Wallace Borger of Arlington, Va; one sister, Mrs. Fredrick (Geraldine) Brink of Titusville; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Mihleder was preceded in death by a daughter, Mitzi Duncombe, and three brothers, Neil Borger, Richard Borger, and Marion Borger. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Tuesday at the Huff Chapel, 312 W. Park St., Franklin. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with the Rev. Gary Runtas, pastor of the Cochranton United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will follow in the Lupher Chapel Cemetery. The family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 10 W. Front St., Oil City, 16301.
