Report of the Visiting Committee, House of Refuge for Western Pennsylvania at 
Morganza, Pa.: George F. Chatland, aged 10, committed by J.C. Judson J.P. of 
Washington Co. on information of William E. Craft, his guardian, for 
viciousness and incorrigibility.  Bound to Craft from the Alms House.  Father 
dead.  Deemed him a fit subject.
