Family Records
On Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock occurred the death of William Caldwell one of
the most highly respected residents of Mt. Pleasant Twp., of general debility
aged 75 years.  Mr. Caldwell had always resided in Mt. Pleasant Twp., where a
greater part of his life he was engaged at the trade of painting.  He was held
in high esteem by all who knew him and had held offices of trust in the township.

Deceased is survived by Mrs. Caldwell whose maiden name was Moore, a sister of
Samuel and Joseph Moore of Burgettstown, Pa and the following children Mrs. Chas
Robinson, Mrs. Lee Davidson, Mrs. C. Marquis, William (East Liverpool), J.M.
(Washington) and Smiley D, James, Samuel, Edward, Laura and John at home.  Mrs.
John France, whose death occurred about a year ago was a daughter.
