GEORGE W. CROOKHAM SUMMONED BY DEATH          Finleyville, Oct. 14 -- George
W. Crookham, aged 81 years, one month and 21 days, died at 12:30 o'clock
yesterday in his residence at Crookham Stop on the Charleroi Car Line.  Death
was due to a complication of diseases.  Mr. Crookham spent all his life in
Pennsylvania.  He was born August 22, 1850.  He was a carpenter.  His wife,
Sophia Hess Crookham died six years ago.  The following children survive:
Mrs. Etta George, at home, Clyde Crookham in California, and Frank Crookham of
Riverview.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock
in the late home in charge of Rev. R. Frank Getty, pastor of the Mingo
Presbyterian Church.  Interment will be in the Mingo cemetery.
