McMahon Executor: George F. Hagerty Application for probate of will of W. M. Hagerty, late of Monongahela, Washington Co., PA., deceased, and Grant of Letters Testamentary, Reg's Office, Washington Co., PA Before the Register of Wills of Washington Co., personally appeared George F. Hagerty, who being duly sworn says W. M. Hagerty late resident of Monongahela, a citizen of the United States, died at 7:05 o'clock P.M. on the fifteenth day of September A. D. 1935, leaving an estate of the estimated value of $100.00 personally, and $3500.00 realty, said real estate being located in third ward, Monongahela, Pennsylvania, being three parcels of land known as 610, 612 and 624, Fourth Street. The decendents legatees and devisees are as follows: George F. Hagerty son Monongahela, PA Callie B. Hagerty widow Monongahela, PA Ollie Hagerty Nelson dau. Carroll Twp. Hazel Hagerty dau. Monongahela, PA Mary Hagerty Wojtkielewicz dau. Thiell, NY Testator not married and no children have been born since the execution of the will offered for probate. Petitioner prays that the paper writing filed herewith dated twenty-seventh day of April, 1935, may be admitted to probate as the last will and testament of said decedent, and to grant Letters Testamentary thereon to George F. Hagerty whose post office address is 624 Fourth St., Monongahela, PA. Sworn and Subscribed 16th day of January A. D. 1936 (S. A. Barnum, Reg.) And now January 16, 1936, comes George F. Hagerty who being duly sworn doth depose and say he will well and truly administer the goods and chattels rights and credits of W. M. Hagerty, deceased, to the best of his skill and judgment in strict compliance with the laws of this Commonwealth, mindful of the laws relating to inheritance taxes. Sworn and subscribed - 16 day of January 1936 George F. Hagerty Last Will and Testament: I, W. M. Hagerty of Monongahela, County of Washington, and State of Pennsylvania do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills or Testamentary writings heretofore made by me. First: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied, as soon as conveniently may be, after my decease. I want my son George F. to have shop and garage on Grant St., and all tools and contents and Repair parts for automobiles - my Parker shot gun, and at my Wife's death to have my cord bed and dresser. I want my wife Callie B. to have use of home property 100 ft. on fourth and 200 ft. on Grant 100ft. on Sherden.-- Mathew O. Conner and all personal property and the income of other property till sold. And if George F. keeps taxes on this home property paid, at my wife's death it is to him, George F. Inherent taxes and other debts to be paid of other real estate when he George F. thinks best time to sell. After all bills are paid I want balance to go to my three daughters: Ollie, Hazel, and Mary. Insurance of American Mechanics to be paid to administrator to be used for funeral expenses. Lastly, I hereby make, constitute and appoint George F. Hagerty to be Executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I, the Testat above named, have hereunto set my hand, the day of April 27, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and 35. W. M. Hagerty
