Washington County PA - Will Abstracts (1776-1841) Compiled by Bob and Mary Closson 
SWEARINGEN, Joseph, Philadelphia, Pa. Will Book 4, page 637. DATED: 30 Sept. 1809 

Joseph made his will dated Sept 30, 1809 in Philadelphia PA "being weak in body 
but of perfect mind and memory" and then on Oct 7, 1809 witnesses  indicate that 
he signed the will in their presents (and that he was now deceased). Approximately
39 yrs old at death.


Additional Comments:
May have been buried in Philadelphia PA. No burial location has been found to 
date.
