HARTWICK DIES AT SEELYVILLE Adam J. Hartwick, Clarks Summit, shop foreman for the Peck Lumber Company more than 26 years died yesterday, Sept 1, 1942, in the home of his sister Miss Marie Hartwick, Seelyville. He retired four years ago because of ill health. Mr. Hartwick was born in Prompton 79 years ago and had resided in Clarks Summit many years. He moved to Seelyville last two years. He was a member of Clarks Summit Presbyterian Church, Clarks Summit Lodge of Masons and Sons of the Civil War Veterans. Survivors, besides his sister, are his wife, Bessie, three daughters, Mrs. Charles Green, Clarks Summit; Marjorie, Seelyville, and Mrs. Ralph Stanlick, Richfielfd Park, N.J., and two sons, Harry Athens, Pa. and Robert, Lenora, N.J. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 2:30 PM from the home of his daughter, Mrs. Green 512 School Street, Clarks Summit. The Rev. Russell Straw, Honesdale Presbyterian Church, and the Rev. J. Blakeslee Lyon, Clarks Summit Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Interment, Clarks Green Cemetery. Arrangements, by Howard J. Snowdon. * Note Adam had another son Earl J.
