  			JOHN J. MOHR
  	John J. (Chick) Mohr, 1243 Bridge Street, Seelyville, died unexpectedly 
  on Friday night Dec. 1, 1972 at the hunting club at Equinunk of which he was a 
  member.  Mr. Mohr was dead on arrival at the Read Memorial Hospital, Hancock 
  N.Y., where he was taken after being stricken. 
  	Born in Cherry Ridge, he was a son of the late Jacob and Anna Baker 
  Mohr.  He had resided in this area his entire life.  He was a retired employee 
  of the Wayne Taxi-cab Co. Inc. Honesdale, where he had worked for 30 years. 
  	Surviving are his wife, the former Miss Marjorie Hartwick, nieces and 
  nephews.
  	The funeral service was held on Monday at 1:30 PM in the Hessling 
  Funeral Home, 428 Main Street, Honesdale.  Interment was made in the Fairlawn 
  Cemetery, Dalton.
