Caldwell, , March 2019 Gibson Cemetery North Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania, USA Lat: 40° 7'52.42"N, Long: 79°52'42.84"W Rostraver Township Directions: From the US 19/Murtland Ave in Washington, PA, take I-70 east for 21.9 miles, take exit 41 to PA 906N and go for about .2 miles. The cemetery will be in the right. It is not visible from the road. The Gibsonton Cemetery Company was incorporated June 4, 1890. The grounds are located on the property of Gibsonton Mills in Rostraver township, Westmoreland county. Pa., and within one-half mile of the Borough of Bellevernon, Pa. The Board of Directors in 1893 are T. L. Daly, Hugh Price, John W. Wilkinson, H. C. Daly, John W. Irons, James Frost, Jacob Irons. President, James F rost. Hugh Price, Secretary, Treasurer and Superintendent. Already (1893) lots have been sold enough to make the corporation self-sustaining. The land was sold to the Gibsonton Cemetery by Henry G. and Mary K. Gibson of Philadelphia, PA This data can be found in the genealogy section of the Washington PA library.
