          a.k.a. - Roman Catholic Polish Cemetery of Transfiguration
          a.k.a. - Polish Catholic Cemetery
          Mount Pleasant Township, Westmoreland County, PA
          
     According to the Westmoreland County Historical Association Cemetery Guide, the 
   cemetery is located in East Huntingdon Township, on Route 31 near the intersection with SR 119.
     In 2003, the Diocese of Greensburg had the original Transfiguration Polish Catholic Church 
   demolished.  A new Transfiguration of Our Lord Polish National Catholic Church has since been 
   rebuilt, and was dedicated on 19 Apr 2008
