Brown buwbrown@comcast.net July 30, 2008, 11:55 am Complaint made before John P. Eicher, Justice of the Peace of Westmoreland Co., by Thomas Moore of Hempfield, guardian of Clifford Shanefelt, a minor 13 or 14 years of age. Incorrigible and will play truant when sent to school. Have talked to him time and time again not to do this as he was making a mistake for his own good and that he would regret it when he grew older. But all of no avail. Henry Guy of Hempfield deposes that Clifford ran away from Mr. Moore's and he had quite a time to find him. He, Moore, was good to him and he had a good home, but he would not obey Mr. Moore. H.J.
