Pennsylvania. In Re Partition and Valuation of the Real Estate of Henry Kuhns,
late of said County, Deceased. 
To Alma McKelvey, intermarried with J. P. McKelvey, of Wilkinsburg, Pa. 
Anna M. Smith, intermarried with Samuel S. Smith, of Wilkinsburg, Pa. 
R. F. Griffith, of Cincinnati, Ohio. 
Emma C. Young, intermarried with James Young, of Butler, Pa. 
Harry D. Griffith, of ?, Missouri, 
Edna O. Hazlett, intermarried with Wilbur Hazlett, of Wilkinsburg, Pa. 
Louis Griffith, of Wilkinsburg, Pa.; Baker Kuhns, of Auburn, Washington; Lavina
A. Arbaugh, intermarried with H. C. Arbaugh, of Lansing, Michigan. 
Heirs and Persons interested in said estate, and all other persons interested:
YOU ARE HEREBY DIRECTED to be and appear before the Honorable CHARLES D.
COPELAND, President Judge of said Court, at a Court to be held at Greensburg,
for said County of Westmoreland, on SATURDAY, the 13th day of November, 1915,
then and there to accept or refuse the Real Estate of said decedent at the
valuation put upon it by the inquest duly returned, or show cause why the same
should not be sold.
