INQUISITION IN PARTITION 
No. 4 May Term, 1915. In the Orphans' Court of Westmoreland County,
Pennsylvania. To Alma McKelvey, intermarried with J. P. McKelvey, Wilkinsburg,
Pa.; Anna M. Smith, intermarried with Samuel S. Smith, Wilkinsburg, Pa.; R. F.
Griffith, Cincinnati, Ohio; Emma C. Young, intermarried with James Young,
Butler, Pa.; Harry D. Griffith, of   Missouri; Edna O. Hazlett, intermarried
with Wilbur Hazlett, Wilkinsburg, Pa.; Louis Griffith, Wilkinsburg, Pa.; Baker
Kuhns, Auburn, Washington, and Lavinia A. Arbaugh, intermarried with H. C.
Arbaugh, Lansing, Michigan: TAKE NOTICE, That an inquest will be held at the
dwelling house of Anna Mary Kuhns, deceased, in the Township of Ligonier,
Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, on Friday, the 3rd day of September, 1915, at
11:30 o'clock, a. m. of that day for the purpose of making partition of the real
estate of the said deceased, to and among her heirs and legal representatives,
if the same can be done without prejudice to or spoiling the whole thereof;
otherwise to value and appraise the same according to law, at which time and
place you are hereby notified to attend if you shall think proper. BENN:STEELE,
