BE IT REMEMBERED, That, at a Court of Common Pleas, held at Greensburg, in and for said County, on the 25th day of September, 1886, personally came Philip Sinnwell, a native of Germany now residing in North Huntingdon Tp. in said County of Westmoreland, that it is bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN of the United States of America, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty whatever, and paticularly to Emperor William of whom he was a subject.
