	Know all men, that by these presents, I, Joseph Lyon, of Huntingdon Township,
Westmoreland County, and State of Pennsylvania, for, and in consideration of 
the sum of thirty pounds, to me in hand paid, the receipt of which I do hereby
acknowledge, have granted, bargained, and sold , and by these presents do grant, 
bargain, and sell unto Edward Byram of Franklin Township, in the County and
State aforesaid, a certain order of survey dated at Philadelphia------- day of
June, 1769, and in "3042"  with the land surveyed in pursuance of said order,
unto the said Edward Byram, his heirs and assigns, and I do by these
presents, covenant and agree to warrent and defend this order of survey, and
all the land surveyed, by virtue of the same, from and against me and my heirs, 
or any other person claiming the same.
In witmess whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of
February, 1788

The words "subject, nevertheless, to the payment of the purchase money,
interest, and quit rents", is after the words same, in the fifty line.

Personally appeared before me, one of the Justices of the County Court of
Common Pleas and Quarterly sessions in and for the County aforesaid.,  Joseph
Lyon acknowledged  the within bill of sale to be his act and deed with the
intent that the same may be upon record. as witness my hand and seal this
twentyeth day of February A.D. 1790 before recorded July 8, 1790.
