DEED: JOHN DONNELL ET UX TO JACOB AND HUGH DONNELL This indenture made this 19th day of November eighteen hundred and fifty between John Donnell and Elizabeth his wife of the one part and Jacob Donnell and Hugh Donnell the other part. Witneseth that whereas Patrick Donnell late of Allegheny township, Westmoreland county died siezed of a certain tract of land situated in said township of Allegheny containing one hundred and twenty seven acres more or less bounded by lands of Andrew Stewart, James Leslie, Martin Eleres, Robert Stewart, ____ Garvey & others leaving nine children this said John Donnell being one know this indenture witnesseth that this said John Donnell & Elizabeth his wife for and in consideration of the sums of two hundred and sixteen dollars lawful money to him in hand paid by Jacob Donnell and Hugh Donnell the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and by these presents do grant bargan and sell unto the said Jacob Donnell and Hugh Donnell all the estate right title interest & claim of him the said John Donnell of in and to the real estate or tract of land before mentioned and described which heirs entitled to as one of the heirs of said Patrick Donnell deceased. To have and to hold the same together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtinances thereunto belonging or in anywise Appertaining unto this said Jacob Donnell and Hugh and to their heirs and assigns forever. Before me the subscriber a justice of the peace in and for the county Aforesaid personally came John Donnell and Elizabeth being of full age And being by me examined separate and apart from her said husband and The contents of said deed being by me fully made known to her Ackowleded that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and accord sign and seal and as her act and deed deliver the said indenture without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
