James Keasey to Saml Henderson Know all men by these presents that I James Keasey of Westmoreland County in the Province of Pennsylvania have bargained & sold a certain tract or improvement situate lying and being in the Township of Fairfield in the County aforesaid & Province aforesaid adjoining Samuel Cummins on the eastward and George Finley on the northward and on both sides of the old path leading from Ligonier to Cavinnaugh Containing three hundred acres with the usual allowance to Samuel Henderson of the Township of Fairfield and County and Province aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of twenty pounds Pennsylvania currency to me in hand paid by the said Samuel Henderson the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged & the said Samuel Henderson thereof forever acquited & discharged by these presents do grant bargain and sell convey and confirm unto the said Samuel Henderson his heirs and assigns the above mentioned bounded & described piece or parcel of land with the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold to the said Samuel Henderson his heirs and assigns To the only proper use and behoof of him the said Samuel Henderson his heirs & assigns for ever Subject to the purchase money interests and quit rents due & to become due to the Honble the Proprietaries of the Province aforesaid for the same & the said James Keasey the before mentioned tract or parcel of land unto the said Samuel Henderson against him the said James Keasey and his heirs & against all and every other person and persons laying lawfull claim to the same or any thereof shall and will warrant and forever defend.
